Beko machines do not all report faults the same way β some show a code, others flash their programme lights. We diagnose from the symptom and confirm on site, repairing at your home across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi & Ajman.
UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C is an independent repair company. We are not an authorized Beko service centre and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Beko or Arçelik. The Beko name is used here only to identify the machines we repair.
Independent third-party repair notice: we are not an authorized service center, dealer or affiliate of Beko. Beko and all related model names are trademarks of their respective owner and are used on this page for identification purposes only.

Search for a Beko error code list and you will find several, and they will not agree with each other. That is not because the internet is careless β it is because Beko genuinely does not use a single fault-indication scheme across its range.
Machines with a digital display generally show a letter-and-number code. Dial-based models without a display have no way to show one, so instead they report faults through a pattern of flashing programme lights β which lights, and how many flashes. And the meanings have shifted between model generations. The practical result is that a code table found online is frequently written for a different model family than the machine standing in your kitchen.
We would rather be useful than look authoritative. So for Beko we diagnose from the symptom, which is reliable across every generation, and confirm the specific component on site with test equipment. If your machine does show a code or a flashing pattern, send us a photo β we will read it against the correct model family rather than a generic list.
This works on every Beko generation, with or without a display.
Drain fault. Blocked pump filter behind the bottom-front flap, blocked drain hose, or a failed drain pump. The most common Beko callout, and often no parts needed.
Interlock or drainage. If water remains, it is a drain fault holding the lock. If the drum is empty, the door interlock has usually failed.
Drain first, then drive. Check for standing water. If empty, suspect the motor position sensing on inverter models, or a worn belt and brushes on older ones.
Heating circuit. Heating element or NTC temperature sensor failure. Scale build-up on the element contributes over time.
Inlet side. Tap partly closed, kinked hose, or a blocked gauze filter in the inlet valve β very common with tank sediment in the UAE.
Suspension. Worn shock absorbers or broken springs. Also check for transit bolts if the machine was recently moved.
Drum bearings. The one significant repair on this list. We confirm drum play by hand before quoting anything.
Power path. Wall switch, socket, breaker, then the mains filter inside the machine. Several of these cost nothing to resolve.
Fault report without a display. The pattern is readable. Photograph or video it and send it to us with your model number.

Beko is made by the Arçelik group and sits in the value-to-mid segment. The failures are consistent and, encouragingly, mostly inexpensive:
Every Beko format sold into the UAE market.
Brushless motors with no carbon brushes β diagnosed on position sensing and board rather than brush wear.
The mainstream range β pumps, door locks, elements, sensors and suspension.
No digital display, so faults are reported by flashing programme lights. Fully diagnosable.
Machines that show a letter-and-number code, read against the correct model family.
Combined units β heating, condenser and moisture sensor faults on the drying side.
Lid switch, drain valve, clutch and drive repairs on Beko top loaders.
Machines behind cabinet fronts, removed on floor protection and refitted flush.
Beko machines running long daily cycles in laundries, salons and staff accommodation.
We are not an authorized Beko service centre. UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C is a private, independent repair company holding UAE trade licence number 134585. We have no affiliation with Beko or Arçelik, no endorsement from them, and no authorization to carry out warranty work on their behalf.
If your washing machine is still within its manufacturer warranty period, contact Beko or the retailer you bought it from first β a repair carried out by an independent company can affect that cover, and you may be entitled to a free repair you would otherwise pay us for. Tell us how old the machine is and we will give you an honest view.
The spare parts we fit are high-quality OEM-standard compatible components. We tell you which part is being used and what it costs before it goes in.
Symptom plus model number. If lights are flashing, send a short video of the pattern.
On a Beko the pump filter is checked early, because it explains a large share of callouts.
Pump, door lock, heater, NTC sensor and motor tested with instruments rather than guessed from a code list.
Exact price for parts and labour before dismantling. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
Complete cycle run, drain, heat and spin confirmed, machine re-levelled before we leave.
Compare with other brands, or read about the specific symptom your Beko machine is showing.

No. We are UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C, a private independent repair company licensed in the UAE under trade licence 134585. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized service provider of Beko or Arçelik. We repair Beko machines as an independent third party and use the brand name only to identify the machines we work on.
Because Beko does not use one single scheme across its range. Machines with a digital display generally show a letter-and-number code, while dial-based models without a display indicate faults through a pattern of flashing programme lights instead. The meanings also differ between generations. A code list found online is frequently written for a different model family than the machine in front of you, which is why we diagnose Beko machines from the symptom and confirm on site rather than trusting a generic table.
On models without a digital display, a flashing pattern across the programme indicator lights is how the machine reports a fault. Which lights flash, and how many times, identifies the area of the failure. Photograph or video the panel while it is flashing and send it to us β that pattern is genuinely readable and it tells us far more than a description does.
On the large majority of Beko front loaders it is behind a small flap at the bottom front of the machine, usually with a short emergency drain hose tucked alongside it. Switch the machine off at the socket, drain through that hose into a shallow tray first, then unscrew the filter with towels down. A blocked filter is one of the most common Beko faults and often needs no parts at all.
ProSmart Inverter is Beko's name for its brushless inverter motor. Because there are no carbon brushes, the brush-wear fault that affects older brushed machines simply does not apply. Instead, a machine that will not turn is diagnosed around the motor position sensing, the wiring and the control board. It is a different diagnostic route, so it is worth telling us which type you have.
Usually yes. Beko sits in the value-to-mid segment and the faults these machines develop are mostly inexpensive components β drain pumps, door interlocks, heating elements and shock absorbers. Fitting one of those to an otherwise sound machine is far cheaper than replacing it. The exception, as with any machine in this segment, is worn drum bearings, where the labour can outweigh the machine's value. We tell you which situation you are in before quoting.
Symptom, model number, and a photo of the display or the flashing lights. That is genuinely more useful on a Beko than any code list.
The model number is on a sticker inside the door rim or on the rear panel. Add a video if the programme lights are flashing.
