My washing machine is full of water and won't drain. What should I do?

Switch it off at the socket and don't force the door open. This is usually a blocked filter, drain hose or a failed drain pump — one of the most common repairs we do, typically completed in a single visit.

Is it worth repairing, or should I buy a new machine?

Our technician inspects the machine first and gives you a fixed quotation. If the repair cost doesn't make sense against the machine's age and value, we will tell you honestly — the decision is always yours before any work starts.

Can you repair my machine on the same day I call?

Usually yes. We hold same-day appointment slots in all four emirates during working hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily), and technicians carry the most common washing machine spare parts with them.

Do you repair both front load and top load machines?

Yes — front load, top load, semi-automatic, fully automatic, washer-dryer combos and commercial laundry machines, across all brands sold in the UAE.

What if the same problem comes back after the repair?

Every repair carries our 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault returns within 90 days, call us and we will come back and fix it under warranty.
