Do you need building permission to repair my washing machine in a Dubai Marina tower?

Most Marina buildings ask visiting technicians to sign in at the service entrance and use the service lift. We handle that ourselves on arrival. A few towers ask the resident to notify security or reception in advance, so it helps if you let your building know roughly when we are coming.

My washing machine is built into the kitchen units. Can you still repair it?

Yes. Integrated and under-counter machines are very common in Marina apartments. The technician removes the decor panel and slides the machine out carefully, protecting the flooring, then refits everything exactly as it was once the repair and test cycle are finished.

Can you come the same day in Dubai Marina?
