Business Bay Washing Machine Repair — Your Questions

Can you come outside working hours? I am at the office all day.

Our working day runs from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily, including weekends. Business Bay residents very often book a Saturday or Sunday slot, or an early morning appointment before work. We cannot attend late at night, but weekend visits are completely normal for us and usually easier to schedule than weekday afternoons.

I rent a serviced apartment. Who should arrange the repair?

In a serviced or managed apartment the machine usually belongs to the landlord or the management company, so the repair is normally their responsibility rather than yours. The machine came with the apartment and I have no manual or model number. Is that a problem?
