Mirdif households keep their machines a long time, and a well-built machine at ten or twelve years is usually worth repairing rather than replacing. We will tell you honestly which side of that line yours is on — before you spend anything.
We are an independent repair company — not an authorized service center of any washing machine brand. Brand names on this page are used only to identify the machines we repair. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Mirdif is one of the most settled residential areas in Dubai. Families stay for years rather than a single tenancy cycle, and appliances stay with them. It is completely normal for us to arrive at a Mirdif villa and find a washing machine that has been in daily service for ten or twelve years, sometimes with one previous repair already on it.
That changes the question we are really being asked. It is rarely "what is broken" — it is "is this still worth keeping". And the honest answer is more often yes than most people expect, because the parts that fail on a long-serving machine are usually consumables. A drain pump, a heating element, a door interlock or a set of shock absorbers are inexpensive, and fitting one to a machine whose drum, chassis and bearings are still sound buys you several more years for a fraction of a replacement.
There is a real line, though, and we will tell you when you have crossed it. Worn drum bearings on a machine with a sealed outer tub, or corrosion that has spread through the wiring loom, is the point where replacement genuinely makes more sense. We would rather say that and lose the job than take money for a repair that will not last.
Older, larger, hard-working family machines produce a distinctive pattern.

Villas, villa compounds and the Uptown Mirdif apartment stock each have their own setup.
Large-capacity 9–12 kg machines in dedicated laundry rooms, often with a dryer alongside.
Shared-compound villas where several households run machines at high daily cycle counts.
Compact front loaders and combo units in kitchen cupboards and utility spaces.
The second machine in the house — usually the oldest and least maintained of the two.
Ten years and older, still repairable, with parts commonly shared across model families.
Clutch, gearbox, lid switch and drain valve repairs on older top loaders.
Vented and condenser dryers in villa laundry rooms — no heat and long-cycle faults.
Machines in unconditioned spaces where heat shortens the life of boards, hoses and seals.
On an older machine we look at three things before quoting, and we will share the answer with you rather than just handing over a price.
Is the failed part a consumable? Pumps, elements, door locks, belts, brushes and shock absorbers are expected to be replaced during a machine's life. Fitting one to an otherwise sound machine is good value at almost any age.
Are the bearings and drum still good? This is the real test. We check for drum play by hand. If the bearings are sound, the machine has years left. If they are worn and the outer tub is a sealed non-serviceable unit, the cost rises sharply and replacement often wins.
Is there corrosion or water damage spreading? A wiring loom or board that has been sitting in damp is the point at which repairs stop being reliable, and we will say so.
Machine age, and whether it has been repaired before. On an older machine that context genuinely helps.
Main laundry, maid's room and dryer all inspected in one visit if you want them looked at.
Drum play is tested by hand early, because it decides whether a repair is worth quoting at all.
Exact price per machine, plus a straight repair-or-replace recommendation before any work starts.
Full cycle run, machine re-levelled so it stops moving, and the laundry area left clean and dry.

Because Mirdif households keep appliances a long time, we regularly work on models that have been discontinued for years. That is rarely a problem: pumps, elements, door locks, belts and shock absorbers are commonly shared across model families and sometimes across brands within the same manufacturing group.
Independent notice: we are not an authorized service center for any of these brands; names are listed for identification only.

Often yes, and the previous repair history actually helps us judge it. If the earlier work was a pump, a door lock or an element, those are consumable parts and replacing another one says nothing bad about the machine. What matters is whether the chassis, drum and bearings are still sound. Our technician checks those first and gives you a straight answer before quoting anything.
Not automatically. A well-built machine that has reached ten or twelve years has already proved its durability, and if the fault is a pump, a heater or a door lock it is usually far cheaper to repair than to replace. The point where we would advise replacement is worn drum bearings on a machine with a sealed outer tub, or corrosion spreading through the wiring. We will tell you plainly which situation you are in.
Yes, both. Mirdif is largely villas and low-rise villa compounds, with Uptown Mirdif and the surrounding buildings providing the apartment stock. The machines are quite different between the two — larger family machines in the villas, compact and combo units in the apartments — so tell us which you have and we will bring the right parts.
Yes, and in Mirdif villas it is usually worth doing. Second machines are almost always older, less maintained and quietly working just as hard as the main one. Checking both in a single visit avoids paying two callout charges, and we quote each machine separately so you can decide which ones to proceed with.
Usually. Many components — pumps, heating elements, door locks, shock absorbers, belts — are shared across model families and sometimes across brands within the same manufacturing group, so a discontinued machine does not mean unobtainable parts. If a specific component genuinely cannot be sourced, we tell you before you spend anything further rather than after.
Tell us the age and the symptom. We will check the bearings first, quote the repair, and tell you straight if replacing makes more sense.
Villa or apartment, machine brand, roughly how old it is, and whether it has been repaired before — that is exactly what we need to advise you properly.
